Ordering guide

Design your ribbon by using our online configurator and choose your favoured design features, such as ribbon width, ribbon length, printing colors, etc.

For completely custom printed ribbons: Once you have completed your selection you will get an instant quote, which you can download or print. Afterwards you can upload your file by clicking on „upload file“. You can also send your files via email. Please mark the appropriate box for this purpose.

After you have completed your selection by using the online configurator click on „view shopping cart“ . In your shopping cart, which shows an outline of your order, you can make modifications or remove items.

If you are a registered customer on imageribbon.com simply go to „my account“ and log in with your email address and password.
If you are not a registered customer yet you can create an account in just a few steps on „my account“.
Of course you can also continue your order placement without creating an account.

Login

The address specified in contact details is automatically the invoice address. You can additionally specify a different shipping address. Simply mark the small box besides „different shipping address“ and the appropriate information fields will pop up.

You can pay via bank transfer, direct debiting system or creditcard. Please state your name and the order number as the payment reference so we can process your order as quickly as possible.
All shipments are made via UPS. Available shipping methods are UPS Standard and UPS Express.

Please check your ordering data and make modifications if indicated. Afterwards you will be forwarded to the cashpoint.

Subsequent to your order (within 24 hours) we will send you an order confirmation via email, including our account details and your order data.

You will receive a confirmation of payment and your invoice (PDF file) via email after the invoice amount has been credited on our bank account.

Your order will be delivered after receipt of payment and when the production of your custom ribbon is completed.
